This association was founded in 2002 by artists from mainly Budaörs and Törökbálint. They are friends and they have cooperated successfully for a long time.
The aim of our association is to ensure the development of artistic and cultural life of South-Buda's environs by assistance of fine arts, arts and crafts, music, literary and other art events. We would like an association that serves as an intellectual workshop for artists of this small region who present high-class artistic works.
The association doesn't pursue political activity, doesn't stand or assist any candidate for general and local election.

Deeds of the association to reach its aims:

• Organizing colony of artists, concerts, exhibitions and other artistic events;
• Publishing news about own organization and for presenting artistic and cultural life of South-Buda's environs;
• Organizing regular meetings for members and keeping in touch with other similar civil associations. Expressing opinions on main issues in connection with cultural life of South-Buda's environs;
• Making good relationship with educational institutions of environs, trying to improve the artistic education of students, cooperating with art teachers;
• Declaring music, fine arts, literary and other artistic competitions and taking part regularly in these kind of events;
• Promoting wide acquaintance of high-class artistic works of South-Buda's environs, informing regularly regional and countrywide media about its works and the events of artistic life.
